Attila FULOP
As Managing Director of Megaflip SRL, Attila is acting as Global Coordinator of BRAG. He has an extensive consulting experience of more than 14 years in business development and over 15 years in IT industry.
After graduating the Polytechnic Institute in Bucharest achieving a degree in Electronics, he worked for more than 15 years within the IT industry in Romania , former Czechoslovakia , China and former East Germany .
Since 1989, Attila specialized in project management and development through several customized training courses on main topics such as: "Project management", "Logical framework approach and budgeting of the projects";
"Design, organisation, financing, monitoring and evaluation of local and regional development projects".
In 1991 he founded Megaflip SRL and spent the last 14 years for managing and developing the activity of the company. MEGAFLIP embodied Attila's vision of what professional consulting should be: fact based, workforce enabling and client goal achievement. During his career Attila has played the role of consultant, trainer, manager, business founder and developer, allowing him unique insight into management challenges and practical solutions. He has delivered customised and innovative solutions to clients, be them corporates, local and regional communities or government. His extensive experience includes business planning, program creation, funding and leadership, community and economic development, market studies and entrepreneurship. His consulting work has involved diverse regions in Romania which gave him a deep understanding of the resources available for business in the different regions of Romania , a deep insight into the specificity of each Romanian county and the approach to develop business in each and everyone of Romania's locations.
Though Romanian native, Attila speaks equally English, French and Hungarian.
