Mircea MORARU
Mircea is a graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies and also of the Technische Universitat-Dresden (Germany). He has also followed several specific specialisations in public relations and communication in UK and Greece.
Mircea has more 30 years of professional experience in the public service and private sector. His professional experience includes high-level management positions with government institutions and responsibilities in managing complex programmes in the areas of business development and privatisation. He holds for more than 10 years high management positions with Government bodies: General Director of the National Agency for Privatisation, Director of the Ministry for Privatisation, Director the National Agency for Privatisation and Director of the Agency for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises. He has also been responsible on behalf of a Romanian government agency for setting-up and monitoring the management company responsible for a post-privatisation investment fund co-financed by EU funds.
